Depending on the circumstances, we may request that you take corrective action within a specified period.
Serious or urgent violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
7. Orders and Service Provisioning
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment.
Provisioning times vary depending on the service ordered.

Estimated provisioning times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We may require additional verification before completing certain orders.
8. Pricing and Billing
Services are billed according to the pricing and billing period selected during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, services are paid in advance.
Prices may change at any time. Changes in pricing will generally apply to future orders or renewal periods and will not affect a billing period that has already been paid for.
You are responsible for ensuring that your account has sufficient funds to cover renewals and other charges.
Failure to pay an invoice or renewal may result in suspension or termination of the affected service.
9. Account Balance
Where available, customers may add funds to their Colcado Hosting account balance.

10. Refunds and Cancellations
All VPS purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for VPS services, including services that have not yet been provisioned or activated.
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been completed.
